We can’t believe that 2014 has come to an end. It feels like we just shot our first wedding of the year back in March, just yesterday. 2014 has been entirely way too good to us. I mean that in the most humble way possible.
2014 took us to places we’d never been before. We got to shoot in Birmingham, Natchez, Mississippi, and our favorite San Francisco. We’ve made so many friends that we would have never known without this passion of ours. We’ve had the honor of having our work on national/international blogs like Style Me Pretty, Ruffled, and The Huffington Post. We’ve been welcomed by so many families to celebrate the happiest of days in their son/daughter’s lives.
After having a couple of glasses of champagne one night (guilty), I started getting all nostalgic and a little sappy. I started thinking about ALL of the unique, loving individuals that we get to spend so much time with. I mean really, our couples are the most insanely creative, passionate, and generous people on the planet. Some are teachers, policemen, hair stylists, ministers, engineers, vet nurses, nurses, graphic designers, doctors, accountants, retail managers, social workers, in the armed services, photographers, small business owners, special needs teachers, florists, government employees, bankers, realtors, IT professionals, insurance, anesthesiologists, pastry artists, new mommies and daddies, administrators, personal trainers, interior designers, hygienists, MULTIPLE St. Jude employees, and vets, and videographers.
You people are AMAZING, and this post is for YOU.
Thank you for making 2014 the best one ever. We’ve got some tricks up our sleeves for 2015.
