World, meet the sweetest, Katie and Craig. I’ll preface this post by saying, any engagement session that ends with a dance party, is my kind of engagement session!
Let’s back it up. Katie and Craig live in Birmingham, Alabama but are getting married here in Memphis. Their ceremony will be at the stunning Annesdale Mansion and their reception will be at the historic Peabody Hotel. Aren’t their guests in for a serious treat?
Before Katie and Craig chose us to be their wedding photographer we chatted on the phone. She mentioned that she and Craig had viewed all of our pricing information and he stopped her mid sentence and said “Whoever this photographer is with the packages named after ‘How I Met Your Mother’ seems pretty cool. Anyone who watches that show is a friend of mine. When we finally met them in person for their engagement session, they were just as adorable and as easy going as we imagined. Their engagement session was so much fun, it felt more like we were catching up with old friends. Craig is absolutely hilarious (see the first photo after this post.) Katie is such a sweet soul. She’s kind, genuine, absolutely beautiful, and a total blast. These guys truly are meant to be, and we feel so lucky they chose us to capture their big day this coming May.
We’re also thrilled because we get to work next to the legendary Bella Baxter at Katie and Craig’s wedding. Katie and Craig have an all-star lineup for their all-star wedding!
